Welcome to Gries Studios LLC. By accessing or using our marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and any additional terms and conditions referenced below or otherwise may apply to specific areas of our services.

Gries Studios LLC offers various marketing services, including, but not limited to: digital marketing, content creation, social media management, and marketing strategy consultation.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and all activities under your account.

Payment for services provided by Gries Studios LLC will be according to the terms outlined in the contract specific to each project. Payments may be required to be made in full before the commencement of any project. If advance payment is required, this will be noted on the contract. In the event of late payment, the following penalties will apply: Any outstanding late fee of at least 30 days will automatically incur a late fee of 15% of the total project cost. Any outstanding balances that exceed 90 days past the due date will incur a late fee of at least 50% of the total project cost. This late fee is meant to compensate Gries Studios LLC for the breach of the payment terms and the additional administrative effort required to manage overdue payments. All payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service or the project contract. Gries Studios LLC reserves the right to suspend services or terminate the agreement if payments are not received as per the agreed terms.

All content and materials provided by Gries Studios LLC, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, are the intellectual property of Gries Studios LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. After the final invoice is generated, the client becomes the rightful owner of the final product. A note of copyright transfer will be delivered with the final invoice. However, any products created by Gries Studios LLC before the approval of the final product will still be the property of Gries Studios LLC. We reserve the right to reuse elements, themes, or unused products for future projects with other clients.

By posting or uploading any content to our services, you are granting Gries Studios LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with our services for the sole purpose of creating marketing materials for Gries Studios LLC.

Users are not allowed to use our services to violate any laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, or engage in any conduct considered inappropriate or harmful to Gries Studios LLC or its users.

Gries Studios LLC provides its services "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gries Studios LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

Gries Studios LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information and created products associated with your account. Please be advised that the client must provide a written notice of termination to discontinue any ongoing services with Gries Studios LLC. Please note that any termination by the client does not absolve them from the obligation of paying for any work that Gries Studios LLC has already completed.

Our aim is to create a product that satisfies both our clients and us and that they can proudly showcase to the world. However, we understand that sometimes it might not be possible to meet every client's expectations. If a product has already undergone the maximum number of revisions and edits, and the client is still not content with it, we will terminate the project. In the event of termination due to dissatisfaction, the client must pay the total contract amount for the work done until that point. They can choose to leave and engage another designer. If a project is completed with dissatisfaction, Gries Studios LLC will retain the copyright to all the products created. We reserve the right to resell the elements, themes, or products to another client unless there is a specific mention in the contract. Use of a product created by Gries Studios LLC or resembling a product made by Gries Studios LLC. The former client will be subject to U.S. Copywriting Law Chapter 5.

The laws of Missouri shall govern these Terms of Service without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or updates. Any updates will be published on this page.
